How do I make an appointment at Texas Family Clinic? Easy! Just give us a call at (713) 904-3455 and we’ll get you set up for your first appointment at our family clinic in Humble, TX.
What should I bring to my appointment? Be sure to bring your insurance card, identification, and note of any medications you are taking (and their dosages).
Do I need a referral for my appointment? Every health insurance has different requirements, though most often you will not need a referral to visit Texas Family Clinic. Be sure to check with your insurance provider.
Do you accept my health insurance? You can view a list of accepted insurances here.
What forms of payment are accepted? We accept check and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept cash.
How to view test results after your appointment: You can view your account and any test results directly online in your patient portal.
